Battery Problems on Dyson Cordless Models?
Cordless Dysons are great when they work – but they’re not all created equal. If you own a V6, V7, V8, V10, V11 or even a newer V15 or Gen5 Detect, and it’s not holding a charge, we can help.
We stock high-performance batteries that are better than many of the cheap ones you’ll find on Amazon or eBay. Ours are built to a higher spec, last longer, and have a very low failure rate. We’ve worked with the same battery supplier for many years, and we don’t sell junk.

Avoid At-Home Repairs – Here’s Why
Some random bloke off Facebook offering to strip your Dyson down in your front room might sound convenient. But is he likely to have all the spares in his van? Probably not. What if, halfway through the repair, he tells you it’s going to cost “a lot more” than the twenty odd quid he quoted, and your vacuum is already in pieces? You are a captive, then. Don’t trust the “repair at home” blokes.
We’ve heard plenty of horror stories on our Dyson advice forums. You’re far better off bringing it to us. Our engineers are experienced, we’ve got every part we’re likely to need already in stock, and we’ll call you with a fair quote before doing anything major.

How Long Does a Dyson Repair in Gatley and Cheadle Take?
