Is your caps key glued down?

Do you mean instruction manual or workshop manual? Please try to reply in sentence case.

Hello,

Do you have a workshop manual for the DC25…

I would like to understand how to remove the ball in order to replace a screw that has worked its way loose..!

I really do not want to throw the machine away because of a 5p part..!

There is no commercially available manual for the DC25 yet. I suggest joining the Dyson forums (in the banner to your right) and asking there.
